Booking and Prices
HIGH SEASON:
Runs from mid-June to end of August the Summer holiday period, as well as all other main school holiday periods
Please note, during the Summer period the house can only be booked for a min. of 2 weeks stay or more
Outside the Summer holiday period we will accept a min. of 7-nights bookings during the school holiday times
High season prices start from 230€/night for 4 people
For each additional person a charge of €20 p/night will be made
LOW SEASON:
Runs from March to November and outside main school holiday times
We are then happy to accept stays of a minimum oj 4 nights only
Prices start from 200€/night for 4 people
For each additional person a charge of €20 p/night will be made
Long term stays will be considered at a reduced rate
Please note, energy costs for gas, electricity and water will be deducted from your deposit. We will read the meters concerned, and work out the costs using the energy price rate of the day.
